Have you ever seen/read The Read-Aloud Handbook? (http://www.trelease-on-reading.com/) Its a fantastic book not only filled with lists of books to read aloud for varying ages & stages, but also exceptionally informative on the value of reading aloud to your children – most of the stats are US oriented, but still applicable. Highly recommend it as parent resource.
