Hi,
This week I have started tutoring my 3 year old granddaughter on Skype or Facetime. This is a wonderful challenge. We began with weekly themes. Fish is first because they have just returned from visiting Sea World in Florida. Next I want to do Penguins and then Octopus. After this little sea world theme, I will begin the more logical themes of fall, Halloween etc. Each day we will be focusing on a different subject: art, writing, reading, math, and cooking. Can you help me with this wonderful experience? Has anyone else out there tried teaching at a distance and how did they accomplish their mission? Specifically, I need an easy recipe for making food for the octopus theme. Maybe something with pretzels. Any ideas?
Thank you so very much. I feel like I am on an adventure all by myself. Please give me any suggestions. Diane
