Grind it up to powder and mix it in. I’d also suggest trying glycerin (used in foods and skin care) instead of oil. I haven’t tested it but it should work well to bind the flour together, it’s non-toxic, and it won’t be hard to clean up like oil. It’s about $4/cup. Propylene glycol would be much cheaper but it can cause skin irritation in some people.
