I am mom to three precious kids, a 23 year old son who is a veteran and lives across the country, a 12 year old daughter who is bright and funny and partially homeschooled, and an 8 year old daughter (who is also partially homeschooled) who has special needs.

She doesn’t talk. Her movements are not typical because it is hard for her brain to get her body to do what she wants.

I am the founder of Brighten A Corner Ministry, an organization similar to a mini-Extreme Home Makeover. I love to teach Bible Study and often feel like I will spend the rest of my life unsuccessfully trying to get organized.
